We offer a 30-day cancellation window for our 1-year digital newsletter subscription, which means you have 30 days from your purchase date to request a cancellation.

Eligibility for Refunds

Because this is a digital subscription service, no physical items are shipped or returned.

If you cancel within the eligible period, your refund will be prorated based on the portion of the subscription term that has not yet been used.

Access already provided during the subscription period will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations or refund requests submitted without contacting us first may not be processed.

Digital Access Issues

If you experience technical issues, access problems, or believe there has been an error with your subscription, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:
• Fully used subscription terms
• Gifted subscriptions
• Promotional or discounted subscription offers, unless otherwise stated

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds during this period will also be prorated if access to the subscription has already been provided.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
